Research shows that healthy relationships are a bedrock of better learning and sound mental health. And schools are the first place where children get to step out of their comfort zone and interact with people other than their family members since their inception, schools have focused on children’s cognitive development by emphasizing on boosting their academic performance.

Therefore, modern schools are helping children grow by adhering to their mental and physical needs. This, in turn, allows students to learn about the basics of life and become better human beings.

I, personally believe that an education system that develops the imagination of the child is richer than the one that does not. The imagination is where new ideas are created and progress becomes possible. “Imagination is more important than knowledge” because knowledge is about what we already know, whereas imagination is what moves individuals and cultures forward. Imagination leads to innovation. Indus Academy will surely give much importance to imaginative and play way methods, especially in Kindergarten.

At Indus Academy, we focus on complete development of our students by involving them in both scholastic & co-scholastic activities as suggested by CBSE. I am sure this will help our children to realize, understand & explore their talents. In order to do this, the parents and the school authorities must work together to inculcate certain values in the students. “Sound body has a Sound Mind.” Let us allow our children to develop physically & mentally. Children learn alot of values when they are involved in Sports & Games. We, at Indus Academy, ensure high quality education which motivates and empowers our students to be lifelong learners and the productive members of the society. At Indus Academy, education is not just the amount of information that is put into a child’s brain. Our education system is the one that cater the individual needs of our students. We want all our students to achieve their full potential. Our task is to make it possible and our mission is to provide a platform for the same.

Success for all students is ensured at our school by the delivery of an enriching, child centre, balanced and structured curriculum and a whole school focus on student welfare that focuses on the positive recognition of student achievements. Teachers at Indus Academy are experienced educators who are committed to supporting each student’s learning experience through quality instruction and guidance that addresses the needs of the individual child. Teachers work to provide students with differentiated support that address each student’s specific needs both academically and socially. Indus Academy do give high priority for our Student’s safety. School also initiates the activities that actively promote safe and healthy lifestyle and contribute effectively to sustainability and conservation of our environment.

We firmly believe that the parents are their child’s first and most important teacher. Parents play a vital role in the education of their children. We happily welcome all our parents to take an active role in the education of their children and to be the active participants in our school life. Get to know the staff, especially the child’s teachers and assist where you can so we can work together in the interests of everyone. I am eager to work with our parent community in supporting their children in their education. We always strive to build strong parent teacher relationship which is very important for the academic success of our students.

I would like the parents to know that my door is always open to discuss any concerns, questions, or ideas you may have regarding your child’s education. I welcome you all to an outstanding learning community where everyone is dedicated to a high standard of excellence.
